Rules checked Against Starlink’s own pages. How we check

One line of income: Starlink’s referral reward

The buttons on this site carry the site owner’s personal Starlink referral link. When a first-time customer with a US service address uses one to buy the kit and plan on starlink.com, Starlink rewards both sides once your service stays active and in good standing, without a break, through two complete monthly billing cycles[1]: the customer gets $100[2] in the US, and the owner, as the referrer, earns the same amount. On timing, the terms say the new customer’s reward is credited to your second monthly subscription invoice[1], and the help center says it comes 60 days after activation at the earliest, subject to your account settings and an identity check[2]. No order under the current terms reaches day 60 before Dec 6, 2026.

Nothing else pays this site. SpaceX and Starlink don’t sponsor, approve or review it.

Status today: the referral buttons are on.

Every place the link can show

Each button is an ordinary link to starlink.com with the referral inside it. It opens a new tab, nothing passes through this site, and each one has its disclosure on it or directly beside it.

  1. The header button, “Get the $100 credit”, labelled “Referral link · we earn a reward if you order” (on phones, “Referral link”). The thin line above the header links to how it works; it is not a referral link.
  2. A compact card beside the title on 11 pre-order pages, with its disclosure above the button:The home page carries a larger card in the same place, linking the eligibility checker.
  3. One box per page at most. It starts with who should hold off: anyone not keeping Starlink long term, pausing between seasons, ordering by phone or in the app, with a past Starlink account or a store kit, expecting fiber or cable soon, or offered only a rental (it’s unconfirmed whether renting the kit still earns the reward: the terms require that the new customer “must purchase a Starlink Kit and subscription directly from www.starlink.com”, and Starlink has never said if a rental qualifies unverified[1]). Then Starlink’s own prices with the date we read them, then the full disclosure above the button, then what to check after the click.
  4. A band above the footer on the pages and guides that may carry a box.
  5. A small card for first visits, bottom right on a computer and no more than a quarter of a phone screen. It shows once per browser, only after 8 seconds and a 30% scroll (15 seconds on a short page) or when a computer’s pointer leaves the top of the window, and never while another offer is on screen. It doesn’t take keyboard focus; the X, “No thanks” or Esc closes it. Your browser keeps a note that it was shown (privacy).
  6. A one-line note at the top of the FAQ and some guides about referral links.

On every page we call it a referral link. It isn’t a deal, a discount or a code.

Pages that never carry it

  • Pages for people who already ordered or are paying: when the credit shows up, credit not showing and how Starlink billing works.
  • The news, this page, the other about and legal pages, search and the error page.
  • Guides for readers who have a problem, are renting or mostly can’t qualify, and anything about money trouble or disasters, or aimed at seniors, low-income readers or people with disabilities.

The link isn’t posted in forums, groups, comments or messages, and no ads are bought for it.

What earning from it can’t change

  • The verdict. When a rule rules you out, the page says so; the checker gives a plain no.
  • Who should wait. The terms expect that you genuinely use Starlink and intend to keep it; Starlink measures referred customers’ retention against the US average[1], which is why every box leads with that list.
  • Your reward. It goes from Starlink to your account; the owner’s is separate, and your choice of cash or credit and the referrer's choice are separate[2].
  • The facts. Each rule, price and date is read from Starlink’s own text and dated (how we check); a button on a page never changes what the page says.

What the referrer sees on Starlink’s side

Order through a button here and the site owner is that person. Starlink’s Referrals page shows them a status for your sign-up, sometimes an expected date, and a reason if Starlink rules it ineligible: Starlink’s Referrals page labels referrals Pending, Processing, Rewarded, Complete, Failed or Ineligible, and can show an “Expected” date (our reading of the starlink.com page code)[3], and when a referral shows as Ineligible, hovering over the status shows the reason (on the referrer's Referrals page)[2]. Referrals and rewards are followed under Referrals, on starlink.com or in the app[2].

They can’t add or repair a referral: an order placed without the link can’t have a referral attached afterwards[2], and the decision on whether an order qualifies is Starlink’s alone, and it’s final[1]. This website has no accounts, forms or inbox and receives nothing from Starlink about your order, so questions about a referral go to Starlink support.
