About
About this guide
One job: give people in the US the straight story on Starlink’s $100 referral reward, including when it won’t apply to them.
Who publishes it
$100 Credit USA is an independent publisher in the US. It isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by or reviewed by SpaceX or Starlink, and it doesn’t speak for either. Pages carry the site’s name rather than a byline; we don’t invent names, photos or credentials.
Why it exists
The referral $100 is easy to misread. It isn’t money off at checkout: Starlink adds it to your account later, on a monthly bill (the terms say it’s credited to your second monthly subscription invoice[1]; the help center says it comes 60 days after activation at the earliest, subject to your account settings and an identity check[2]), it pays only monthly service (credits can be spent only on monthly service charges[3]), and a slip on order day can lose it for good. This guide sets out who qualifies, when it lands and how far it goes, in Starlink’s own rules with the date we read each one, plus tools that do the bill math.
How facts are checked and dated
Every rule, price and date here comes from one store of facts, each with its source, Starlink’s exact words where there are some, and the day we read it. A script re-reads Starlink’s pages on a schedule, and the build fails when a current fact hasn’t been re-read in 30 days. Pages and posts are drafted with AI help, and a post goes live only after it has been checked against Starlink’s current pages. The full process: editorial policy.
How the site earns
Only through Starlink’s referral reward: the buttons carry the site owner’s referral link, and each one has its disclosure beside it. Pages for people who already ordered carry no button at all. Every place the link appears, and what it never changes.
How corrections work
When Starlink changes a rule or we get one wrong, the page is fixed and the change is dated in the corrections log; Starlink-side changes also get a note on the news page. There’s no contact form or inbox: mistakes are caught by the scheduled re-checks.
Need Starlink itself?
This site can’t see or change your Starlink account. Starlink’s help center lists these routes:
- A ticket: on starlink.com, a support ticket starts from Sign in → My Account → Messages → New Ticket[4].
- Phone: US/Canada phone support: 888-GO-STARLINK (888-467-8275), 24/7[4].
- Chat: Starlink’s chat support starts with an AI (“Grok-powered”) assistant; you can also create a ticket[4].
Starlink never charges for support[5], so anyone charging you for help isn’t Starlink. If a credit is missing from a bill or the amount is wrong, Starlink asks you to open a support ticket[6]. For a missing credit, the cause finder lists what to send.
What we will and won’t do
- We quote Starlink’s own terms, help center and order pages, with the date we read them.
- We say “unverified” when Starlink hasn’t published the answer, and “our reading” when we’re interpreting.
- We tell you when the $100 won’t apply to you, even though that means no reward for us.
- We never ask for your address, name, email or account details.
- We never claim to speak for Starlink. Independent · not affiliated with SpaceX.
The tools
- The eligibility checker: seven questions, answered in your browser.
- The first-year cost calculator: each bill at your price, with the credit applied.
- The date finder: your bill dates under both of Starlink’s readings, from your first-bill date, with a calendar file.
- The cause finder: what to check, and what to send Starlink support, if the $100 doesn’t show.
For reference: the rules side by side, how Starlink billing works, which $100 is which and the glossary.
